Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)
• More than 90 days before arrival: A full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Between 60 – 90 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
• Between 30 – 59 days before arrival: No refund of deposit, but the amount paid can be credited toward a future stay (within 12 months, subject to villa availability)
• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund or credit will be provided.
We recommend ensuring you have your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

CashWe can accept payment by credit card, or we can send a secure payment link to your email. Please note there is a 3.5% credit card fee.
As an alternative, you may also use Wise Transfer, in which case the credit card fee will be waived.
We also accept cash payment on arrival for the balance, if this has been previously agreed.
