While every villa has its own unique charm, they all come ready with the same beautiful facilities.
Each unit has a shared living and kitchen space, bedrooms with a personal bathroom, outdoor relaxation zones and a private pool. These spaces are carefully crafted to balance modern interior design with local Balinese culture. You will find rustic wooden surfaces, rattan textures, cultural artworks, and contemporary lighting – all tied together with a natural blend of colours. 2. Direct Access to Sanur Beach
There’s no need for a car or bike ride. All you need is your feet to take you straight to Sanur beach in less than 5 minutes!
Right at the end of the villa’s main pathway is a direct gate to Sanur beach. Just step out of your villa, take a short beautiful stroll and you will find yourself right on the sand, facing the sea.
3. 24/7 Security
Kejora Villas has two gates – the main entrance and the beach access. At both gates, there is 24/7 security that ensures only residents, guests and staff are allowed into the villa complex.
4. Parking Space
Whether you have a car or a bike, you will have plenty of parking space for your vehicles. Each villa comes with a designated parking space right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to hop on to your next destination or hop off to return home. If you need more parking space for guests or visitors, there are also some extra parking lots in the villa complex.
5. On-site Staff
Kejora Villas is well-maintained by a team of dedicated staff, who are there to take care of your needs during your stay with us. Cleaning, housekeeping and in-house food delivery can be arranged with just a quick call. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
6. In-house Dining at The Glass House
Sometimes, you just want to go back home for a warm meal. Fortunately, Kejora Villas has our own beautiful restaurant and cafe, The Glass House. It sits right at the entrance of the villa complex and is the perfect choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
We have a beautiful spread of Western and local cuisine, from steak to Nasi Goreng. Hearsay that the seafood platter is not to be missed! If you’re just craving a small bite, we have artisan pastries, desserts and cafe beverages. If you’re looking to unwind, there are mocktails, cocktails and wines.

7. Icon Mall
Nestled right next to Kejora Villas is the grand Icon Mall recently opened in 2024. Launched as a retail and entertainment village along the Sanur beachfront, it offers a multitude of experiences for both the individual and families to enjoy!
Market City is the mall’s supermarket where you can find daily necessities. From groceries to fresh foods, this place has everything you need for your stay in Sanur.
If you’re ever feeling peckish and need to refuel, the mall boasts a variety of dining options that satisfies a diverse range of tastebuds. From local Indonesian cuisine to Italian and even Japanese, there is definitely something here that caters to your palate. There are also countless retail stores (fashion, beauty, sports, etc.) for some enjoyable shopping.

8. 8km Coastal Path
Beyond the lush and quiet compounds of the Kejora Villas, a long 8km stretch of an uninterrupted coastal pathway awaits to be explored.
Whether you opt to walk while enjoying the cool sea breeze or ride a bicycle from one end to the other, there are separated pathways meticulously designed to ensure maximum comfort and safety for all. Don’t have a bike on hand? Fret not! There are plenty of bicycles available for rent throughout the coastal path.
If you wish to take a break, simply park your bicycle at one of the parking spots, and unwind under the shade while sipping on fresh coconut juice. There are many restaurants to get drinks and food along the boardwalk.
9. Sanur Beach
Need to rest after a warm afternoon of walking and cycling? The clear waters along Sanur Beach awaits you. The waves and currents are gentle, making it perfect for a calm and enjoyable swim, or a refreshing soak.
