Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days' notice, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, subject to a 10% administrative fee. In the event of cancellation with less than 60 days notice, we have a no-refund policy. We recommend ensuring you have your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
